We maximized every square inch of this property by utilizing the existing layout for a more functional open concept. The stunning Spanish style tiles with the resort pool space results in a captivating entry way into the residence. Inside the property, you can find a blend of tropical and modern design that compliment each other.  As a result of wall shifting and removal, we fabricated and installed a new HSS Bent structural beam10x12x1/2″ to support the new layout. This allowed the open concept to flow through from the kitchen, living room, dining room, and carried out onto the backyard entertainment deck.The gorgeous stained wood paneling and beams at the vaulted ceilings becomes a captivating focal point for the space. Milgard black vinyl folding doors, connect the indoor with the outdoor. Outside we fabricated and installed a beautiful Kebony deck complete with Fire pit, BBQ gas hookup, and a Cable Rail system. We are extremely proud that our client’s have the perfect space for entertainment with family and friends while also being a cozy retreat to enjoy for years to come.
