John Grant
CEO / CO-FOUNDER
I am a Orange County native and proud father of four amazing children. Surfing and baseball are my passions, and I cherish my friends and family. As a third-generation builder, I am honored to carry on my grandfather’s legacy and reputation here in Orange County. I have been building homes in and around the community for the last 3 decades and have fallen in love with the process.
My expertise lies in all aspects of residential construction, with particular strengths in structural integrity, streamlining build processes, and nurturing client relationships. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with our clients and watching their dreams come to life.
BEN MAURY
PRESIDENT / CO-FOUNDER
Born and raised in the French countryside, I moved to the US after meeting my wife to experience the American dream. Thankful for my beautiful family. I enjoy cooking, classic cars, good times and friends. I have 2 beautiful daughters that are active in the community and I am lucky enough to coach baseball for their little league.
I am responsible for overseeing anything regarding operations and efficient project delivery. Constant communication is a crucial aspect of my role, and I prioritize it in all my daily activities, ensuring homeowners are up to date with anything regarding their project. I am truly passionate and grateful to be building custom dream homes.
GEORDIE ELLIS
PROJECT MANAGER
Growing up in a military family, we eventually settled in San Clemente where I spent my childhood. This town, the people, and the lifestyle captured my heart at a young age. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my lovely wife and two children. We enjoy exploring the beaches and mountains together.
I have a strong passion for finish carpentry and take pride in executing every detail to perfection. As a project manager, I oversee daily operations in the field, ensuring that we exceed client expectations while maintaining quality control.
Karisa Crest
LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER
I always had a passion for space planning and interiors since I was a child and drew my first floor plan in colored pencils. I pursued my career for Interior Design in San Francisco at The Academy of Art University (AAU) and completed the Interior Architecture and Design Program.
My favorite phase of the design process is when conceptual blueprints become structures on a new build. It’s the first time that our clients can feel the space and really get to see their dream come to life. It fuels the burning excitement to keep pushing forward.
On weekends, you can find me at the dog park with my Great Dane Zoey, at the beach in Del Mar or wine tasting.
TRACY MARRINER
LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER
For as long as I can remember I have always had a passion for interior design.
From meticulously decorating my first dollhouse to creating constantly evolving design schemes for my teenage bedroom. I love how textures, colors, and materials can instantly transform a space. From concept to completion, it’s all about creating a beautiful, functional, and comfortable space that meets the needs of the people living in it. With years of experience and an unwavering dedication to design, I eagerly anticipate each new project within the interior design industry.
Outside of work you can often find me pursuing outdoor activities with my family. Whether it’s a game of pickleball, downhill mountain biking, snowboarding or surfing in my hometown of Laguna Beach.
Sal Macken
PROJECT MANAGER
First moving to Orange County in 2005 for a Commercial Construction project, I knew this is where I wanted to live. With over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Construction industry, I’ve honed my skills in developing comprehensive project teams that consistently surpass company objectives. Transitioning to Residential Construction has been a natural progression for me. Collaborating with our talented design team, architects and homeowners has been a fulfilling experience. I take pride in working closely with homeowners, ensuring they receive the best value for their investments.
Off hours I enjoy walking the beach trail and having beach barbeques with close friends. It’s a great place for my family and grandkids to come and visit and enjoy beautiful San Clemente.
