Project Type

Interior Remodel

Location

Ladera Ranch, CA

Project Description

We started by eliminating the existing layout and footprint of the old structure and started from scratch. New footings were poured and formed setting the base of the new foundation. We increased the square footage and incorporated an open floor plan by seamlessly joining the Living Room, Dining Room and Luxury Gourmet Kitchen.

In the kitchen, the Taj Mahal Quartzite, a creamy white stone with subtle veining, would be used for the countertops and backsplash, providing a luminous and sleek surface that reflects light and adds a sense of airiness and openness to the space. The subtle veining in the Taj Mahal Quartzite would also complement the cabinet colors and add depth to the design.

The Tempest Quartzite would be used for the massive kitchen island, creating a bold and dramatic statement piece that contrasts beautifully with the light-colored Taj Mahal Quartzite. The gray tones in the Tempest Quartzite would be echoed in the stainless steel appliances and fixtures, creating a cohesive and modern aesthetic.

The transitional style of the kitchen would be further accentuated with clean-lined, custom cabinetry in a neutral ash grey, creating a timeless and elegant look. The kitchen would also feature high-end appliances, such as a professional-grade Wolf range, a built-in refrigerator, and a wine cooler.

Additional details, such as under-cabinet lighting and pendant fixtures, would add warmth and ambiance to the space. The flooring would be a beautiful hardwood plank that complements the overall color scheme and texture of the kitchen.

Overall, a high-end, transitional kitchen featuring Taj Mahal and Tempest Quartzite stone would be a breathtaking masterpiece that balances modern sophistication with natural beauty.
