John Grant
CEO / CO-FOUNDER
I am a Orange County native and a proud husband and father. Surfing and baseball are my passions, and I cherish my friends and family. As a third-generation builder, I am honored to carry on my grandfather’s legacy and reputation here in Orange County. I have been building homes in and around the community for the last 3 decades and have fallen in love with the process.
My expertise lies in all aspects of residential construction, with particular strengths in structural integrity, streamlining build processes, and nurturing client relationships. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with our clients and watching their dreams come to life.
BEN MAURY
PRESIDENT / CO-FOUNDER
Born and raised in the French countryside, I moved to the US after meeting my wife to pursue the American dream. I am thankful for my beautiful family and enjoy cooking, classic cars, and spending quality time with friends. I have two wonderful daughters who are active in the community, and I am fortunate to coach their little league baseball team.
I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of projects. Constant communication is crucial to my role, and I prioritize keeping homeowners updated on every detail of their project. I am passionate about building custom dream homes and am truly grateful for the opportunity to do so.
TRACY MARRINER
SENIOR DESIGNER
For as long as I can remember I have always had a passion for interior design.
From meticulously decorating my first dollhouse to creating constantly evolving design schemes for my teenage bedroom. I love how textures, colors, and materials can instantly transform a space. From concept to completion, it’s all about creating a beautiful, functional, and comfortable space that meets the needs of the people living in it. With years of experience and an unwavering dedication to design, I eagerly anticipate each new project within the interior design industry.
Outside of work you can often find me pursuing outdoor activities with my family. Whether it’s a game of pickleball, downhill mountain biking, snowboarding or surfing in my hometown of Laguna Beach.

Growing up in a military family, we eventually settled in San Clemente where I spent my childhood. This town, the people, and the lifestyle captured my heart at a young age. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my lovely wife and two children. We enjoy exploring the beaches and mountains together.

I have been fortunate enough to always live within walking distance of the ocean. I was born and raised in Southern California and most recently spent time in Oahu.
I am drawn to these beach towns due to their creative, unique cultures, active aquatic lifestyles and the incredible people who fill the streets. My spare time is spent with a paintbrush in hand, spending quality time with friends and family and enjoying the sandy beaches

First moving to Orange County in 2005 for a Commercial Construction project, I knew this is where I wanted to live. With over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Construction industry, I’ve honed my skills in developing comprehensive project teams that consistently surpass company objectives. Transitioning to Residential Construction has been a natural progression for me. Collaborating with our talented design team, architects and homeowners has been a fulfilling experience. I take pride in working closely with homeowners, ensuring they receive the best value for their investments.
Off hours I enjoy walking the beach trail and having beach barbeques with close friends. It’s a great place for my family and grandkids to come and visit and enjoy beautiful San Clemente.

My journey brought me to the beautiful coastal town of San Clemente in 1977, where I’ve had the privilege of calling home ever since. As a second-generation contractor, I’m honored to carry on the family tradition, building not just homes but lasting relationships in the community.
My wife and I have been happily married for 43 years, and together, we’re blessed with three wonderful children and six amazing grandchildren. We love spending our time at Fisherman’s for happy hour and enjoy dancing together. Life is truly good.

Attention to detail has always been one of my strongest qualities, and it has played a key role in where I am today. I take pride in ensuring projects are well prepared, clean, and finished to a high standard.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s tackling DIY projects in the yard or snowboarding and taking in the beautiful scenery.

SUPERINTENDENT
I have now spent over 25 years in the construction industry, including 15 years working hands-on in the field, earning my California state contractor’s license, and the past 10 years in construction management. As a superintendent, I oversee subcontractors, manage signed contracts, and work closely with homeowners to ensure smooth project transitions, consistent progress, and overall client satisfaction.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the desert or at the river, as well as working on classic cars. Above all, family and friends always come first.
