This home showcases a warm, modern take on coastal living. The clean architectural lines provide a simple backdrop, while natural materials and textures bring depth, character, and visual interest throughout.
The beauty of the design comes from the richness of the materials themselves, allowing white oak wood tones, soft Taj Mahal stone, tumbled limestone, terrazzo accents, and other organic finishes to take center stage. The result is a space that feels fresh, relaxed, and thoughtfully curated.
A cohesive flow, abundant natural light, and carefully layered lighting create an open, airy environment that feels both elevated and effortless. Chelsea Rambo (photographed below) is the co-owner alongside her husband Brandon Rambo, together they collaborated with the GrantMaury design build team to create this vision as well as the grant maury build team to excecute.
